Nuke CTL support, with functionality slightly reduced, but speed and reliability improved.

Is my NUKE_INSTALL_PATH incorrect?
Getting the following errors -

alex@Alexs-MacBook-Pro-Retina:~/Source/CTL/build (squashed_nukeNode)$ cmake ..

NUKE not found, check NUKE_INSTALL_PATH setting or NDKDIR env. var,
NukeCTL plugin disabled
